we used palm aviation out of dubai 3-5 years ago for a few inter-african trips. didn't have any problem with them, as they handled any short-timeline trips within 6 hours. not sure of how they are...

61.127, 61.129 and the PTS offer plenty of guidance.
99% of the cadets at our school never do a commercial single-engine check ride.

most of them are lured by the fancy...
