Just advise them of your plan and they will accomadate you. I would say try to ask them for another date in december if not then jan2012.
they are quite good at helping all.

about 4 weeks after you passed interview you will probably get assigned to a fleet. Bus to bus, Boeing to boeing. Or you could get lucky depends.

Then you have your time to leave your present...

Is qatar airways A330 fleet for a single guy the place to be.
