Customs and Immigration is present upon advance request meaning they will be present while the operation is on going, either Arrival or Departure

Sad to hear that someone charged you 80$ for a box of tissue, that is a tottal rip off, since one should cost 5-10$ here in maldives, although i do agree that some services are rather expensive here...
