What do you mean locked in? They can leave anytime as long as they pay back whatever is left on the loan +%10 interest - which is still a lower rate than most peronsal loans anyway.

Hi,

I think only one class would've finished at that stage which would put 29 of that 41 still in training. That still leaves 12 graduates and I agree it is a worry as to what happened to them....
