Ground Incident/Accident Statistics

Does anyone have any information on the average costs per year (per flight) caused by ground incidents/accidents (collisions with ramp vehicles, other aircraft, light pole, etc)?

With automated tugs, all controlled by a computer system, they maybe wouldn't be get mixed up this way.
