working for AB since 3years.
Conditions are sick.Pay is about German average as stated above,but as anyone knows,pay is not everything.
The good thing: Cockpit mates are very nice(90%)...

A friend of mine just left them after flying for. .1 year CJ 1.Pay was for him around 1000 Euro after. .Tax.It´s better than no job,sure but be aware...
