If only the crew would snag them on their pre flight cabin checks but they always seemed to be snagged once the aircraft is on route, I wonder why?

No need to wait till June to issue 90 day notice of change of contracts. They can do it whenever they want. It's in June that the strike protection ends...

The way I understand it is the 90 day SOSR can be invoked at any time on any department. However after 12 weeks (Sometime in June) from start of industrial action the company are within their rights...

We will soon see if it's just a PR trick, but whether they use any volunteers on flights or get them from an agency the fact is a large number of company employees (many from the same union)...
