You don't have to mark all correct...

For all practical purposes, yes the ground distance covered by both will be the same. But I still think actually or rather theoretically, the higher airplane will cover lesser corresponding ground...

the formula for NDB range is over water (nm) =...

the formula for NDB range is
over water (nm) = 3√Wattage
Over Land (nm) = 2√Wattage

So according to me the range of a 200 W NDB is 2√200 =28.3nm

is the answer in Km or nm??
