What I have said, many times, is there are other models for union engagement that could benefit the employees/employer....

I think the 12 week ref. is significant. I believe an employer has additional rights re. dealing with employees still on strike after that, as long as they have made attempts to resolve the dispute....

The company has not changed my T & C 's, in fact throughout the 12 months it has sought to protect them.
It is not realistic to think we don't have to work harder or take restructuring, everyone...
