I find that the A321 needs a shallower lower...

I find that the A321 needs a shallower lower flare with a slight reverse flare at the end.
Maybe just try keeping the thrust levers in CLB until you flare before selecting idle.

I think its in the FCTM it states that the managed speed target per 50kts or head/tail wind component will change the speed target 0.01M.
ie. 50kt of headwind speed target will increase 0.01M

Do I agree with the bond and training pay. No! But was just trying to clear it...

Hours dont been jack. A CPL licence is all thats needed. Sefo wanted 300hrs or something! but all the other 6 company's only wanted a CPL....

As long as you have a CPL your set for a job. Most people arrive with 200hrs and a bare CPL. Company's not to bothered about total time. 5 hrs in a 206 is normally a help for the licence conversion!...
