Some 'Customer Service' from the Front Counter staff wouldn't be a bad thing either. They certainly don't make you feel welcome in the 'Club' at all...

No 'Hello', 'Goodmorning' etc etc on first...

Apart from everything else that has been said, QF need to start looking after their loyal pax too! QF Club, Platinum FF etc... even they are starting to feel the pinch as the cost cutting...

Apparently PER/GET/LEA services commence on 31 MAR. No word on PER/GET services as yet but are rumoured to begin sometime in MAR.
