Exclamation Company handling

Company is flying 4 old 72-200 poorly maintained.

Several items on technical log without answer.

One Cpt scared to loose his job flow with engine fuel leak..... and is the previous safety...

Threat phone calls to the personnel that refuses to overcome DCA & company rules and refuses to fly sick.
