Republic...stay away... about to strike..99%+ vote. Company offered a 2% increase but contract expired 2 years ago. Pilots are leaving as fast as they can with no 2 week notice.. very bad moral,

Large turnover of pilots, office people and planes. Worked for them NO HR what so ever.. they dont take care of their people at all. Pilots are tools for them to use and If an owner pulls a plane...
