Your friend maybe does earn less as a cabin crew manager than she did as crew, but possibly because BA didn't use the Hay Scale in a particularly open and transparent way, leading to people on APPG...

They already have done it with other departments, IFCE will be about the last one to be touched, pay and t&c's have already been reduced significantly in other areas over the last few years.
