as far as i know KA only mentioned the months for different stages to be held...

will there be any pilots joining the 1st interview? if so that maybe the reason for us to wait for 3-4 weeks. KA probably won't schedule their busy pilots for the interview until the personnel dept....

Don't worry too much if u don't get the call after a few days doing the IT. It's just probably they don't have a recent schedule to fill you in, as you can see they could only process 3-4 applicants...

btw, the simultaneous tasks literally means...they are simultaneous but not one...

Done my initial test on 3 Feb and got called today to take aptitude test on 17 Feb. There's a mate taking the initial test on the same date with me got put on 11 Feb.

Not sure whether things work the same for local & foreign applicants, local ones get the booklet via email after they are notified for...

I used to think that stage 2 in October is only for local applicants...coz no stage 2 was arranged in September for local applicants...
