On 10-Oct-27, CCAA just released CCAR 121 R5. Subpart P was totally re-written.
The rules will go into effect on 31-Dec-2019.

I did, send an email and instead of the FTL guide, they sent me the FRMS guides. I told them that I work for Jeppesen, and develop crew tracking systems. Have yet to hear...
