I wonder now what's the best course of action in order to get my money back. Dunno if it's any worthwhile trying to reach them by phone, I think I'm filling a claim with my bank for a non-received...

That's a really good advice and I'll look into it, gonna check TAP's policy regarding this for instance. I did had the hope that they'd survive with the Summer coming and all but even them being one...
