Sqn.Ldr. Keith W. Payne R.I.P.

Sqn.Ldr. Payne died 18th November 2017 aged 88. He served with numerous squadrons, 16, 214, 90, 55, & 57. As QFI he instructed at 4 FTS. A fine officer and a true gentleman.
