Tug boy, Glasgow did sign for what u are referring too. it was just a change of conditions and when they conditions got changed the staff bonus structure was also changed to reflect if MZE lost bonus...

menzies pay ranges from £7.53 - £8.17 up and down the country. eash station is paid a flat rate of whichever there rate is...check-in, ramp, dispatch all get paid the same unless on a tupe contract....
