Gulf Air might stop the bleeding in the short term by cutting staff, increasing hours, etc. But they won't be profitable in the long term unless they eliminate fraud and corruption.

My guess is that there will be 10-15 Embraers, 25-30 A320's and 5 A330's. Just a guess, but from the meeting and the planned changes in route structure it seems like a logical fleet distribution....

I hear that the plan is to wet lease the 777's for a year and then dry lease (if they decide to keep them). So no GF pilots will touch them for a year if at all.
