ets make it more clear : when assessment is paid by applicant, employer might arrange in a maneer that the costs are minimized for the applicant.

I spent there 10 days in december, starting A320 OCC course : A320 pilots OCC is combined with B737 pilots OCC.
No integration nor presentation by anyone on the very first day, neither for one week....
