Don't know if this counts!

Had two engine failures in about a 120 flights as passenger. Both DC10.
One (NWA) out of Gatwick about 1994 just after getting airborne. Hell of a bang followed by much vibration. Never climbed...

Funny how the Scottish Courts have found in favour of the resident fuel company and the aero club (two different legal entities BTW) at every turn.

I would have thought that the most experienced and qualified pilot would always be P1 assuming they are both sitting at the controls.
