keep trying for other airlines ...like in middle east and far east ..they all keep looking for ppl for the jobs

Can anyone please tell me what is the expectation form the recruitment from singapore airlines interviewer... :hmm:

cause i have been for the interview like 5 times and i still fail in the final...
