EY swap system

Guess how the flight swap works in etihad? The company provided system is so efficient ( pen&paper,hardly works) that crew use Facebook as a way of swapping their trips. How do u like it?

I agree, layovers are rare. What I've noticed, once u join, u get first 2-3 rosters v nice flights, mostly layovers and easy turnourounds.Later it only gets worse... I get max 2 layovers per month,...
