thanx bro, but i was wondering if that will make different if i choose X channel or Y channel , is the selecting of the X or Y channel depend on some specification or it's back to me to choose what...

hi,
Do any one know when the X channel used and when the Y channel should used of the DME, is there any restriction on the use of X & Y channel? and is the DME frequncy is tide to the ILS frequncy ?
