I take it by that it means a full length photo, and a head only passport photo? Or have I read it wrong?...

Well hopefully it isn't true that you need a PPL, because that's me out of the picture straight away. It didn't seem right that they needed a PPL anyway, what's the point in being called a 'Cadet'...
