Well Dogma you'd be surprised how many are flying around not with high cost indexes but with indexes that give them a cruise of 79 and descent of 280kts. So tell me again why should other airlines...

I think Knee Trembler hit the nail on the head there. The prospect of putting myself through all that study for 45K isn't worth it. Flying a big jet appeals to me but would soon wear off i think....

I thought the flight pay must compensate for the low basic but it can't be that good can it ?

CX F/O Pay !! Have I got this right ?

Been invited for DEFO interview in 6 weeks. Received an introduction pack this morning by email and the F/O pay is 45,000.
How do they expect to recruit when most people with the requirements to go...
