As a US citizen you are supposed to report income from anywhere in the world to the IRS. Does not mean that you will be taxed however as people have different situations etc.

This is a governement flight school located in Liaoning Chaoyang.


They hire foreigners but most leave after a short while because the school either does not pay what they have promised on...

Hello Sir,

I sent a letter to the Virginia FAA Flight Standard District Office in 2003 outlining some of the working conditions at Air Serv, Goma.
Air Serv was also sent a copy.

I worked for Air Serv in Goma. Pilots would drink, management would drink and smoke pot. Air Serv Headquarters in Warrenton Virginia did nothing to stop it, prefering to ignore reality.
