Not that comfusing really!! but I will say it again ....Menzies have told Thomas Cook that they will not be handling them after 31st Jan 2009....

Flight Support couldn't cope with Monarch, 7 Ramp staff 4 of which are polish Agency who have never seen an A/C before, 1 hallam tug only...
