As for the pass rates......

I was one of numerous CPL students who failed to gain a first time pass early 2007, in fact I believe EFT had its first CPL first time pass in 2007 around early April...

Sorry but have I missed something here? He didn't claim he was a drug smuggler, was caught on what was a very minor offence for which he received a conditional discharge. I'm not a criminal lawyer...
