KA offered that when your qualification is fATPL, 250 hours and MECIR ...i dont think you can apply for it since its not published...

Correct. The short course guys are currently in adelaide now. I think there are 7 of them but someone should correct me on this. Not sure about the long course though.

I dont think its a rare case anymore, if you dont qualify for the upper pre-qualified cadet pilot...

The SIA cadet first interview was held in late Jan while the 2nd interview was in late Feb at Singapore..I believe it has already been cut-off and the SIA website has already removed the HK cadet...
