If they cannot take the time of day to perform a basic customer service "good morning, sir/madam", then they are not encouraging people to show them any respect and can hardly complain at others...

Hmm have to disagree that Cardiff is the WORLD's worst airport!! It is handy for locals...flies to the most popular leisure destinations (as after all it is a majority leisure airport!)the security...
