No wonder you don't feel motivated,if every check flight is 90 mins,wouldn't 2-3 circuits suffice,in our group it's 2 months before a check is needed,then it's 2-3 circuits

I must concur with Fraggle Rock,I joined a VGS having had a PPL for a few years,they turned me into a better pilot,the flying was fun the social side was just as good,and I was flying for free,also...
