Its true im afraid.. Monarch are completely withdrawing from Newcastle, whether its due to the credit crunch or not enough profit! Thomas Cook area manager confirmed this to me earlier =[=[

There operating the Northern Lights trip for tour operators using a A320. Departs 21:05 and due in 00:05. 3 hours non-stop flying in hope to see some of the fabulous lights. Hope they do get to see...
