It's because the TAT probe is not aspirated by bleed air and therefore not reading the correct temperature.

Guidance in our manuals was to wait until bleed air...

What I'm saying is that the procedure CDFA is 3.6 degrees as per NAVTECH and will get you to 1500 feet over the VOR (MAPt).

Passing the NDB (LOM) is says 2300. Mapt is 2.1nm further. That is nearly 400ft/nm to achieve 1500ft. That's more than a 3.15 degree slope isn't it?

Pressing TOGA after takeoff also disarms VNAV, so there will be no acceleration without your intervention.

Seems a lot to think about in a HIGH workload...

When using ATM, the takeoff thrust setting is not considered a takeoff operating limit since minimum control speeds (VMCG and VMCA) are based on the full rated takeoff...
