Hi, does anyone know if the new ATPL rules apply to rotorcraft as well?

Just did my CFI renewal online and heard about this. But I'm not flying by FAA rules and haven'T for years. Always thought...

Russian helicopters (it's always mentioned in general, I don't know which models it applies to or not) have no TQ gauge....

It's not that easy. You cannot hold a student pilot license and a private pilot license at the same time. Therefore you have to surrender your private in order to get a student.
