When I did my course it was 5 days on 2 days off...

When I did my course it was 5 days on 2 days off (Sun/Mon)....and was a 9am-5pm schedule. The water training started at 6am, but was only for one day. Swimming a length whilst ''rescueing'' someone...

The DVD is fantastic, brings back great memories from an amazing night. Love all the extras too - it's a must have for any cabin crew.;)
