Agree with Spaz, SOP only pilots are scary but more and more common.

Forget the book, if you need T/O light use it, if not don't. Personally I use it at night for ldg but some don't like it....

If Airbus FCOM does not ask to switch them off, then keep it, also it needs to be extremely freezing to form ice on the intakes when standing still.

I agree with bflyer and to make it easy, on the 320 series the dry RLD ( ALD x1.67 ) equals approx. the dry autoland brake MED.
So with the 4.04 (autoland) table in MED you are basically covered...
