Sponsored or not sponsored Type ratings

Hi Guys,
The practice of paying for type ratings still sticks with most people and with good reason in my opinion. What if you could come to an arrangement to just pay a reduced percentage?

Mickey, I understand your dilema. When I was choosing, the big schools couldn't offer personal training, the small ones threw in possible lack of availability of a/c and even financial instability....

TB I'll second your 'no sucking up' rule and add that to the 'don't pay for your own type rating' rule that I abide by.

I completed the ATPL g/s and modular flying in record time of 6mths excl...
