Going rates for ADI & APP

What should an ADI only or ADI & APP controller expect to be paid these days.

Also should a premium be paid to to retain staff to cancel out the lure of radar training at another units?

English Test for ATCOS

Just read a memo from SRG that says I have to have my English tested and I have to reach level 6 I only just passed my GCSE and my speling is leevs a lot to be desired.

Is this new or is it me...

Why not go to NATS? There where older ex RAF controllers than you on my course with NATS it was 6 years ago so dont know what the current situation is.

By 2008 I should imagine there will still...
