Well, I have my diagnosis. Kind of. I have given my quadraplex(?) muscle a nasty whack - the swelling has not gone down as yet. I have been given inflammatories and pain killers and signed off work...

I made my own! And it still looks good - I used the letterhead from an e-mail my airline had sent me for the logo and then added what information I wanted (CREW, Name, base etc etc) before printing...

I too have watched the DVD and thought it was great to see us portrayed as it really is - although I wanted to see more in flight in dealing with pax. It does show how lonley and repetative it can be...
