Fuel flow (at a constant Mach) depends on temperature. If it's warmer than ISA, you need less power to maintain the same speed, so therefore the fuel flow...

Ineos Aviation

Anybody heard of Ineos Aviation? Appears to be a flight division of a petroleum / oil refinery giant. According to the Manx registry they operate a fleet mix of Hawkers and a Falcon 2000.
