And of course.... it had a tail stay that had to be put in position for loading/unloading, as without the passengers on board it had a tendancy to tip..... Wish I could find a photo, but alas not.

Yes.... CX is the main supplier with three times daily flights from JKT as well as SUB and DPS.... 1500 seats per day.....

I was posted to DAR in 1979 and again in 1984.

In 1984 - BA operated the L1011 to DAR, always via LCA and sometimes via JRO in addition.

in 3 versions - TS200, TS50 and TS100 all operated...
