Thanks for all of the replies! Currently I am on a jet that's over 30 tons, fly by wire and glass cockpit so hopefully should Easyjet recruit in the future I'll stand a chance.

Think very hard!

I have years of experience of LEA and from my experience I can only recomend them as a company for starting a career (ie get some hours under your belt and move on)! If not dont forget to ask them...
