Cool Career change for airline skipper

Hi all!
I see tons of biz-jet jobs advertised but all need Type Rating and hours on type.
I have flown Airbus for many years and now looking into a carrer change towards corporate.
Does anyone know of companies who are hiring experienced pilots but without T.R.?
I am willing to self-sponsor if needed but then I will have no hours on type anyway.
Any suggestion evev via PM will be very appreciated.
Cheers,
Bugs

Apart from being in the wrong place at the wrong time, where exactly in the world are you located?

Part of the answer depends on where you are looking. Here in the U.S. there are many Companies that will hire experienced pilots without a type rating. The Company I work for will hire based on experience and personality and will type you immediately without the need to sign a contract.
If you are more specific perhaps you will get more detailed answers.

Cool

I am right now in the Gulf but looking forward to move back to Europe. 2500 hr PIC A320 but looking into serious executive-corporate. Type doesn't matter, quality of job, company and life does.
Thanks

If you have a JAR licence, why not try Twinjet at Luton. They operate a A319CJ or Private Air Switzerland they operate BBJ plus corporate airbus aircraft.
Same kind of flying as smaller bizjets, but in a bigger aircraft. I'm sure your experience would go a long way.

Thank you for the tips, I will look into these companies.
Any one knows other companies who hire non Type-Rated pilots?
Thanks again,
