Usually 4 on 4 off gives the employer max FTL time on 12 hr shifts, I worked this routine for years with 20 days leave. Usually hitting annual limit during the summer months if you get a lot of late...

Mady, Military SAR have no restrictions on night...

Mady, Military SAR have no restrictions on night landing sites provided they can see the landing area and they have seen any hazards they can crack on.
