Hello all,

Does anyone know how i can get my hands on a paper version or CD version of the IATA ground handling manual? Ive checked the IATA website and its quite pricey buying direct from them.

To me this means that the aircraft 'can' take off and landing with a 15 knot tailwind but operationaly it should be limited to 10knots.

For example a lift (elevator) cable probably has a stress...
