Re Qualifications, crewing advised (rightly or wrongly) that after I exceeded 90 days, it would need to be a TRE, and not a TRI to use the 120 day extension, however they couldn't find one. :ugh:

Permanent part-year contract while hiring??

Is my employer legally allowed to keep me on a permanent, part time (7 months on, 5 off) contract, while hiring more people, on the same basis, or would they need to make us full-time first? Thanks.
