Re Qualifications, crewing advised (rightly or wrongly) that after I exceeded 90 days, it would need to be a TRE, and not a TRI to use the 120 day extension, however they couldn't find one. :ugh:

3 in 90 rule exceeded - 120+ and counting.......

Permanent part-year contract while hiring??

Is my employer legally allowed to keep me on a permanent, part time (7 months on, 5 off) contract, while hiring more people, on the same basis, or would they need to make us full-time first? Thanks.

Scenario.
Single-engine turboprop approach, NDB / DME. MDA of 410' feet. Chart states missed approach point at LCTR. I would fly this as follows. Level out and fly at 410' at just over a mile out...

Have read several "references" which all have their own DIFFERENT take...... The most repeated one seems to be from reference height / 35' until V2, gear up, as D-ENIM. Debatable??...
