Lisbon today

Hi, due to fly from Lisbon to Dublin tonight, circa 10.30pm. Just checked Arrivals for the airport and most flights seem to be delayed. Is it the wind? Am I likely to have a bumpy flight back?

Just to clarify, I did check my luggage in advance it did meet the criteria, I wasn't flying with Stobairt Air so the 7kg weight limit didn't apply.
