What is the benefit of paying two capt. salaries?
Aren't F.O.s cheaper?
This is obviously an expense they would like to eliminate.
Is it such a poor deal to be an FO that they can't get them quick...

My Company Average:
80 hrs pay guarantee (will NOT fly over 80) (71 reserve)
65-79.9 block
11-16 work days/month...
